Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally within a large organization.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
